Products
Are your products really handmade?
All our products are entirely handmade. Nothing is automated in our process, from manufacturing to packaging.
Do you make all your products yourself?
Yes, except for the Gourmet Collection, we make all the other products ourselves by hand.
As far as the Gourmet Collection is concerned, it is still handmade, with natural ingredients, Vegan approved, Curelty-Free International, without palm oil, without paraben, etc. We are very strict about our quality criteria.
Do you provide ingredient information with each product?
Yes, each product has its own packaging with a complete list of ingredients (INCI). The INCI list (International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients) is a mandatory nomenclature for cosmetic products in Europe.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
The entire Natural Collection is made without artificial fragrances and essential oils. These products are therefore normally considered safe for sensitive skin.
Our “Pure Oil” soap does not even contain any natural or artificial colouring, it is our most neutral soap in our collection.
In our experience, all our products in the natural collection are very well tolerated by people with sensitive skin, but everyone has different skin. And unfortunately we cannot say that they are absolutely suitable for everyone because of allergies.
Are your products suitable for babies or pregnant women?
- Except for our baby soap “Dreamy Baby”, our other products are not suitable for babies and children under the age of 3.
- For pregnant women, the watchword is softness. We recommend the Natural Collection whose soaps contain neither fragrance nor essential oil. As the skin is generally more fragile during pregnancy, it is therefore recommended to avoid components that could make it more sensitive, such as perfume (= fragrance). Concerning essential oils, it is generally recommended to avoid using them during the first trimester of pregnancy. Some are prohibited until birth or even during breastfeeding.
Are your products vegan friendly?
Yes, all our products have always been vegan-friendly.
Are your products 100% natural or organic?
All our products contain many wonderful natural ingredients. However, some contain non-natural ingredients such as the fragrances used in the Perfumed Collection, our preservative in Solid Shampoos, etc.
However, we offer a range of 100% natural soaps in the Natural Collection. Neither synthetic fragrances nor dyes are used in these products.
Although some of our ingredients are organically grown, we do not claim to be a BIO brand.
What are your perfumes made of and are they natural?
Unfortunately, the fragrances are not organically produced. These perfumes are composed mainly of synthetic ingredients and only a few natural ingredients, so unfortunately they cannot be considered natural.
However, you can be sure that our fragrances are of an extremely high quality and are gentle on the skin. They have been carefully blended and produced with a low allergen content in mind.
However, in order for a scent to be 100% natural, it is then derived from a blend of natural essential oils.
What pigments do you use to colour your products?
Our soaps are colored with mineral pigments which are 100% of mineral origin.
Do you use paraben?
No, all our products are paraben-free.
Do your soaps contain palm oil?
No, we do not use palm oil in our products.
Are your products tested on animals?
We are strictly opposed to animal experimentation and we do not use any ingredients of animal origin.
Within the European Union, the sale of all cosmetic products tested on animals has been banned since 2013. According to EU leaders, the global ban is expected to come into force before 2023.
Do your soaps or shampoos contain SLS?
Our soaps and shampoos do not contain SLS.
Some soaps in the Gourmet Collection contain SLES, which is a totally different foaming agent, even though the name sounds very similar to SLS. SLES is a very gentle and delicate lathering agent that is normally very well tolerated by sensitive skin.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our soaps have a shelf life of approximately 30 months and should ideally be stored in a cool, wrapped place away from direct sunlight. Beyond this period, the soap remains fully functional, however its colour and scent may be altered.
Our shampoos have a shelf life of approximately 12 months.

Are you certified and insured to manufacture the products you sell?
Yes, we are… and it’s mandatory!
We have “Cosmetic Product Safety Reports” (CPSR) for every recipe we make. We use an independent, qualified cosmetic formulation chemist to test and certify all our recipes as safe for the skin. Thanks to these reports, we have all the necessary insurance to sell our products.
In addition, we are required by law to systematically notify each product on a “Cosmetic Products Notification Portal” (CPNP) before it is placed on the market. This is a European portal. Once the product has been notified in the portal, its information are directly available to all competent authorities, poison control centres and similar structures.
Do you do presentations/sales at home?
Yes, of course! We understand that it is important to be able to see, smell and touch a product before buying it. Depending on your location and the number of attendees, we can definitely consider presentations as well as home sales.
